Delivery: Files are sent via the portal or uploaded to your management platform (excludes starter plans).

A "job" is a single task in our system, such as:
Vector retrace + proofs + separations = 1 job.
Multi-location prints (front, back, sleeves) = 1 job.
Different designs requiring individual attention = separate jobs.
Note: Jobs taking longer than 90 minutes may be split into multiple requests.

You’ll retain access to your files and services until the end of your billing term. After cancellation, access to files will require reactivation of your subscription.

We complete most jobs within 1 business day. However, more complex jobs may take longer to complete because we prioritize quality over speed. Each job goes through layers of quality control, and for this reason, we limit the number of rush jobs.
